Think my views on the game and were we go from here are very much on a par as my earlier messages to you this week have indicated. Just seen you agree with my feeling on 5 from 7 next year will be critical and would think it will add new thinking to DBs recruitment in the summer ie the teams who have players on the bench who can turn things around will be the most likely to prosper. Will be the same for everybody and some will find it easier than others from a financial point of view. But the Manager who gets this right will start with an advantage and with DBs record we could be in. Also with great respect I do not see a big problem with the teams who are joining us from League 2 next year and as far as I am aware there are no real money bag teams next season. It will be hard but I have a sneeking suspicion next season will be the one. Stick together and keep the faith.
Forest Green will spend, whether they spend well is a different matter! Sutton certainly I don't see being a threat. Few will certainly have bigger budgets than us, but we can be confident again tho! Certainly can see us running with maybe a couple of players extra next season too.
