Trevor it is not often I take issue with you and to a degree I share your frustration and all that of my fellow supporters. Dean has always stated he will only sign players who are better than the ones we have at present for any given position. I am like every other supporter and love to see another signing over the line but we have to admit some over the passed few years have not always worked out especially the ones coming in in January. I have a feeling some of the better EFL players are waiting till the last minute to see what suits them best whether you agree with this attitude or not and this is why Dean has not yet persuaded the people he wants to cross the line. I imagine signing players in this day and age of the right quality must be a living nightmare with agents getting in to players ears not always for the players benefit. Dean stated yesterday there will be players coming in in the next two weeks so just give him a little more time better to have the right player in two weeks than some duffer with two left feet two weeks ago. Finally what ever our view of which I am sure there are many it is only because we care some much for the Bees we can let frustrations override common sense at times, me included. Fair point David, however I think you missed the point a little. There are deals done, what is holding it up I don't know. There is space in the squad for bodies, there is wage space from those moved on, the management team have a constant list of targets so we're ready to move always, now what is holding them up getting over the line only TK knows, that's my frustration.
Last season TK's reluctance to sign Harry Smith in December led to the panic signing of David Moyo, he wasn't fit enough to come but the desperate need for a striker with Nicke's suspension meant we had to take something. Fast forward a few weeks, Moyo didn't work out and so we ended up with both on loan until the end of the season, that dallying around he does ends up costing us and costed him more in two wages, sometimes he needs to trust what his manager says who has us in the play offs for two consecutive years instead of tarring all with the same brush who have done a poor job for us.
Dean has already persuaded these players to sign, it's not him holding things up.........
We may both have a point, truth is the proof of the pudding will be at the end of the season. Still think we can become carried away just because we sigh somebody and DB is not going to sign anybody just to keep us all happy and I think from comments I see this is what some want.
Just another point being in Spain I see games on the stream and I wish the commentators on the away games for us would comment as commentators and not as fans. The guy on Saturday was totally bias to the point you could either laugh or cry.
I see people understand we need the bodies to fill the gaps of those who have left and out on loan, I know more than anyone DB doesn't go for just anyone haha.
Unfortunately, they are fans not commentators. I never have the sound up if I ever watch the stream for that particular reason, it's not a multi-million pound operation to afford impartial commentators, all rushed through for the benefit of one season of Wrexham and their American fans.
Thank you for the explanation re the stream, will follow your lead on the sound. At least I can watch them and as I am abroad both Saturday and Tuesday games.

Think we all have. Sensibly made the space as well for them, just get them in the door! Stop haggling on whatever and sign them, we're not where we are by fluke, back the gaffer.
Absolutely, Harry Smith was it last year, wanted him in December, TK hesitated, ended up with Moyo and Smith on loan, that's exactly your point, repeat mistakes.
